In Colorado, winter always means colder weather. It’s a simple fact that you just can’t ignore: the temperatures are going to drop, so you’d better be prepared. Depositions consist of witness testimony that is generally given away from the courtroom. They are used as part of the discovery process in an effort to gather more information that can be used in court (if necessary). The deposition can be videotaped and/or it may be transcribed into written form by a court reporter or transcriptionist.
