Is Your Employer Working to Keep You Safe?

Everyone hopes to go into a workplace and find that their boss wants to do what’s best for them in various aspects of their work environment, to include treating employees fairly, providing fun incentives for getting tough jobs done or simply keeping the environment positive and friendly no matter how stressful the position. At the very least, people go to work believing that their employers will provide a safe space for them to spend the majority of their days.

Taxing Your Personal Injury Awards

If you have been injured in an accident that was caused by someone else’s negligence or irresponsibility, you have the right to file a personal injury claim and seek damages and restitution for your pain and suffering and any related expenses or financial burdens. Personal injury awards can significantly help an injured person stay afloat in a sea of medical bills, repairs, therapy and rehabilitation costs, lost wages and more.

Can I Sue My Host?

The holidays are a great time for travel and shared dinners, cocktail parties and get-togethers that are typically hosted in someone’s home. In order to hold the other party responsible for your injuries and loss, you and your personal injury attorney will need to do two things: prove that the other party is liable for your damages and establish the nature and extent of the damages you’ve sustained.

Regulating Driverless Roads: What Can We Expect?

California recently proposed new rules that may literally block the roads for driverless cars. If approved, these rules could delay production of driverless cars as manufacturers make the necessary changes and updates. Currently, Google is protesting the state’s initial announcement, mainly because a licensed driver would be required to ride in the front seat of a self-driving car anytime it is in operation.

Hear What Our Clients Have To Say

I was attacked by a dog. I called six other law offices and no one wanted to take my case. When I called Levine Law they told me to come in. I went that day and they took the time to listen to me. They took my case it took a year and a half, but they always stayed in touch with me. They always returned my phone calls and answered my questions. They also would call just to see how I was doing. The biggest thing was I was a person to them not just a pay check they really cared about me. I would highly recommend this law firm.
